This belt brings together carbon fiber, brass, and Italian vegetable-tanned leather, a composition that balances cutting-edge material engineering with timeless craftsmanship. The buckle is composed of one brass element and two carbon-fiber plates, each built from 40 layers of 200 g 3K twill weave carbon fiber, pressed under ~500 kg/cm² and reinforced with a specialized resin for high mechanical strength.

The strap is made from premium Italian leather, glossy on the outside and matte on the lining. The overall design reflects a refined dialogue between the warm metallic glow of brass and the matte, technical presence of carbon fiber.

MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION

CARBON FIBER

Two main components, each formed from 40 layers of 200 g 3K twill weave fiber, pressed under high pressure with advanced resin, then CNC-machined and hand-finished. Fully matte surface with no coating, highlighting raw authenticity.

BRASS

One central brass component, CNC-machined and hand-finished with both polished and matte contrasts. Used also for pins, screws, and fasteners.

LEATHER

Italian vegetable-tanned leather, glossy on the outside and matte on the inside, offering both refinement and durability.

In this work, African ebony wood and brass alloy have been used. The deep black color and dense texture of the ebony, placed alongside the warm golden tone of brass, create a striped composition. The natural contrast between the darkness of the wood and the shine of the metal forms an orderly and striking structure that simultaneously highlights the distinctive qualities of both materials.

Finishing

Polished and matte textures on brass; carbon fiber left entirely matte and uncoated.

CARE
  • Leather: maintain with the supplied oil and cloth.
  • Carbon fiber: requires no special care; wipe occasionally with a soft dry cloth.
  • Brass: sensitive to humidity; clean only with a dry cloth. For brass-carbon composite surfaces (buckle front), use the supplied slightly oiled cloth.
  • Avoid detergents, alcohol, or prolonged exposure to water
